【摘要】 企业家精神价值发挥的效果成为决定企业生存和发展的重要因素。借鉴前人的研究成果,从整体层面上建立企业家精神培育环境的测量模型,开发出企业家精神培育环境的测量量表,并利用调研数据对量表进行检验,这是十分必要的。测量量表包括制度环境、社会文化环境、教育环境、行业环境及企业内部环境五个维度,共22个测量题项,并且具有较好的信度、内容效度、收敛效度和区分效度。研究结果将为后续的实证研究提供理论启发和测量基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The entrepreneurship has become an important factor in determining the survival and development of enterprises. Based on the previous research,it is necessary to propose a measurement model of cultivation environment of entrepreneurship from the overall level,to develop the measurement scale of cultivation environment of entrepreneurship,and to examine the scale by using survey data. The empirical result shows that the scale consists of 22 items,and includes five dimensions,namely institutional environment,social culture environment,education environment,industry environment and enterprise environment,and has good reliability,content validity,convergent validity and discriminant validity. The results provide the theoretical inspiration and measurement foundation for future empirical research in the field of cultivation environment of entrepreneurship.更多还原
