【Abstract】 Agricultural catastrophe is a long-term global problem,and many countries in the world are exploring the decentralized management of agricultural catastrophe risk.Determining the government’s responsibility on the basis of law,choosing agricultural catastrophe risk dispersion model in accordance with each one’s own national conditions,actively exploring the agricultural catastrophe risk diversification tool,all these show that the ways and means of governments’ participation in agricultural catastrophe risk control are changing.These provide a useful inspiration in policy development,mode selection,and implementation measures and tools application to China’s agricultural catastrophe risk diversification.更多还原
