【摘要】 目的:通过检测妊娠期妇女动态心电图数据波动情况,探讨妊娠期动态心电图心律失常临床特点。方法:选取100例妊娠期妇女进行24h动态心电图检查、观察,分析妊娠早期、中期和晚期孕妇心律失常的发生概率。结果:妊娠晚期,孕妇动态心电图心律失常发生频率较高,且发生比例明显高于妊娠早期、中期,其中窦性心动过速发生概率最高。结论:妊娠期妇女随着怀孕周期延长,发生心律失常的概率会逐渐增加,妊娠晚期心律失常表现最为明显,临床治疗中要给予足够重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics of dynamic electrocardiogram(ECG) arrhythmia in 100 pregnant women.Methods:100 cases of pregnant women were observed and examined by 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram,and the incidence rates of heart rate in early,middle and late pregnancy wore analyzed. R esults:In the third trimester of pregnancy,the incidence rate of pregnant women with dynamic electrocardiogram was higher,and the proportion was higher than that in the early and middle stage of pregnancy,and the highest probability of sinus tachycardia was. Conclusion :In pregnant women,with the prolongation of pregnancy cycle, the probability of heart failure will increase gradually,and the arhgtloniu of the late pregnancy is the most obvious.更多还原
