【摘要】 目的检测分析急性脑梗死患者氧化低密度脂蛋白、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、D-二聚体的水平及其临床意义。方法选取2015年5月至2016年5月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者40例作为观察组,并根据临床分型分为完全型和进展型两个亚组;另选同期在我院行健康体检的健康者40名为对照组。检测比较三组研究对象氧化低密度脂蛋白、hs-CRP、Hcy、D-二聚体水平。结果观察组患者的氧化低密度脂蛋白、hs-CRP、Hcy、D-二聚体水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);完全型急性脑梗死组患者的氧化低密度脂蛋白、hs-CRP、Hcy、D-二聚体水平高于进展型急性脑梗死组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者的氧化低密度脂蛋白、hs-CRP、Hcy、D-二聚体水平显著高于正常人群,完全型急性脑梗死患者水平显著高于进展型急性脑梗死患者,与急性脑梗死的发病有关,且与病情严重的程度存在一定的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of oxidized low density lipoprotein,hs-CRP,Hcy,D-dimer and its clinical significance in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Forty patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the observation group,and were divided into complete type group and localized type group according to clinical classification;forty healthy volunteers who had health check-up in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of oxidized low density lipoprotein,hs-CRP,Hcy,D-dimer were compared among the three groups.Results The levels of oxidized low density lipoprotein,hs-CRP,Hcy and D-dimer in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05);the levels of oxidized low density lipoprotein,hs-CRP,Hcy and D-dimer in the complete type group were significantly higher than those in the localized type group(P < 0.05).Conclusions The levels of oxidized low density lipoprotein,hs-CRP,Hcy and D-dimer in patients with acute cerebral infarction are significantly higher than those in general population,and the levels of the indexes in patients with complete type are significantly higher than those in patients with localized type,oxidized low density lipoprotein,hs-CRP,Hcy and D-dimer may be related to acute cerebral infarction disease severity.更多还原
