心房颤动患者血清网膜素-1与心房纤维化血清生化标记物的相关性研究
Correlations between serum omentin-1 and biochemical markers of atrial fibrosis in atrial fibrillation patients
【摘要】 目的:探讨心房颤动患者血清网膜素-1与心房纤维化血清生化标记物之间的相关性。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法检测阵发性、持续性房颤患者及健康对照组血清网膜素-1、Ⅰ型胶原羧基端前肽(PⅠCP)、Ⅲ型胶原前多肽(PⅢNP)、基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)、组织型基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)、透明质酸(HA)和层黏连蛋白(LN)的水平,线性相关分析网膜素-1与以上血清标记物的相关性。结果:持续性房颤患者血清网膜素-1的水平为(46.4±5.7)μg/L,显著低于阵发性房颤患者(64.1±5.3)μg/L和对照组患者(87.9±4.4)μg/L(均P<0.05);持续性房颤患者血清PⅠCP(173.4±7.5)μg/L、PⅢNP(7.0±0.5)μg/L、MMP-1(17.1±0.7)μg/L、TIMP-1(151.5±6.3)μg/L、HA(139.8±5.8)μg/L和LN(145.1±8.3)μg/L的水平均显著高于阵发性房颤组和对照组(均P<0.05);此外,血清网膜素-1与以上心房纤维化血清生化标记物呈显著负相关。结论:持续性房颤患者血清网膜素-1的水平显著降低,且与心房纤维化血清生化标记物呈显著负相关,提示血清网膜素-1与房颤患者心房纤维化密切相关。
【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the correlation between serum omentin-1 and atrial fibrosis biochemical markers in patients with atrial fibrillation( AF). Methods: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the levels of serum omentin-1,C-terminal propeptide of procollagen type Ⅰ( PⅠCP),N-terminal type Ⅲ collagen peptide( PⅢNP),matrix metalloproteinase-1( MMP-1),tissue matrix metalloproteinases inhibitory factor-1( TIMP-1),hyaluronic acid( HA) and layer adhesion proteins( LN) of paroxysmal AF patients,persistent AF patients and healthy control group. The linear correlation analysis was applied to determine the correlations of omentin-1 and the above serum biomarkers. Results: Level of serum omentin-1 in persistent AF patients was( 46. 4 ± 5. 7) μg/L,significantly lower than that of patients with paroxysmal AF [( 64. 1 ±5. 3) μg/L] and that of healthy control group [( 87. 9 ± 4. 4) μg/L]( all P < 0. 05). And levels of PⅠCP [( 173. 4 ± 7. 5)μg/L],PⅢNP [( 7. 0 ± 0. 5) μg/L],MMP-1 [( 17. 1 ± 0. 7) μg/L],TIMP-1 [( 151. 5 ± 6. 3) μg/L],HA [( 139. 8 ± 5. 8)μg/L]and LN [( 145. 1 ± 8. 3) μg/L]in persistent AF group were significantly higher than those of paroxysmal AF group and healthy control group( all P < 0. 05). Additionally,it was shown that serum omentin-1 was negatively correlated with the above biochemical markers of atrial fibrosis. Conclusion: Serum omentin-1 level in patients with persistent AF was significantly low and negatively correlated with biochemical markers of atrial fibrosis,which indicated that serum omentin-1 level might be closely related to atrial fibrosis in AF patients.
