牵引式草捆拆包粉碎机的设计与实验研究
A Towed Bale Unpacking Machine Design and Experimental Research
【摘要】 为实现草捆拆包与粉碎的机械化和自动化,设计了一种草捆拆包粉碎机。该机采用液压系统控制草捆捡拾机构和草捆旋转机构的动作,碎草机构动力由拖拉机动力输出轴提供,调整托草环机构可粉碎出不同长度的牧草。整机由三维软件Solid Works进行建模与仿真,并对重要部件碎草刀进行了有限元分析。样机出厂后,对其进行大量粉碎草捆试验,结果表明:经三维建模仿真并不断优化,整机结构设计简单,操作方便,可有效拆包并粉碎草捆;该拆包粉碎机完全符合使用要求,整机捡拾、拆包、碎草动作灵活,操作简单,拆包率为100%,牧草粉碎长度可调,最小长度3cm,牧草抛撒距离可调,距离范围1~10m。
【Abstract】 Design a unpacking machine for the realization of the bale unpacking mechanization and automation. This machine adopts hydraulic system to control the bale collector and bale rotation mechanism. Crushed grass agency power provided by the tractor pto,adjust the bale mechanism can crush the different lengths of forage grass. The machine by 3 d software Solidworks modeling and simulation,and finite element analysis of important components crushed grass cutter.Then the machine came to a large number of crushing straw bale experiment. The results show that by 3 d modeling simulation and optimization,the whole machine structure design is simple,convenient operation. This machine can unpack and crush forage grass effectively,This machine completely conform to the requirements of use. Machine unpacking rate100%,grass crushing length is adjustable,the minimum length is 3cm,forage scatters distance is adjustable,range from 1m to 10 m.
