单人背负式采茶机的设计分析

【摘要】 茶叶源于中国,有着悠久的历史,原为宫廷饮料,后普及民间。随着时代的发展,茶叶已不再是一种单纯的嗜好,而成为人类期望健康的饮品。大规模现代化的茶叶生产需要以茶叶机械化为后盾,而传统手工收茶不仅效率低下,且食品安全也受到影响。为满足大规模制茶的需求,研制了一种单人背负式采茶机,并对采茶机进行性能分析实验。实验结果表明:该采茶机割幅600mm,漏采率小于2%,芽叶完整率大于85%,往复式切割器工作稳定、切割效果良好,满足了茶农对于采摘的需求;采后蓬面整齐,芽叶完整,不影响下次采摘,适用于多种类型的茶园采摘作业。

【Abstract】 Tea from China and it has a long history,in the first place,it is a drink of palace,later spread to folk. With the development of the times,the tea is no longer a simple hobby,expect to become human health drinks,large- scale modernization of tea production need tea mechanization as the backing,and the traditional manual tea is not only inefficient,but also affects the food safety,in order to meet the demand of the large- scale tea,design and manufacture a single knapsack tea plucking machine,Experiment and analysis of tea plucking machine. The experimental results showed that the tea plucking machine cutting length 600 mm,leakage rate is less than 2%,leaves full rate is more than 85%,reciprocating cutter work stability,cutting effect is good,meet the needs of the tea farmers to pick; The surface of the tea is neat after picking,leaves is full,does not affect the next harvest,applicable to various types of tea garden picking operations.
