设施大棚专用撒肥机的设计及试验
Design of Spreading Machinery Special for Greenhouses
【摘要】 施肥是作物全程机械化过程中关键的环节,我国大棚撒肥机械化水平很低,目前主要是以人工为主,生产效率低,劳动强度高。为此,设计一款设施大棚专用履带自走、5~6m幅宽、均匀撒肥的机械,由动力传动系统、输肥装置、撒肥装置、机架总成与肥料喂入量控制机构等组成。该设计为大棚作物全程机械化提供了一种机械化农具,具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Fertilizer is a key session to full mechanization of the crop,In china,the level of mechanization for spreading machinery is lower in greenhouse,At present based on mainly artificial,low productivity,high labor intensity. For these reason,design of track self-propelled,5-6m width,evenly sprinkle fertilizer machinery special for greenhouses,Including powertrain,System of transporting fertilizer,System of spreading fertilizer and so on. The design for greenhouse crop fully mechanized provides a mechanization of farming tools,has a broad application prospect.
