气吸精播机施肥量无线计量监测系统的研究

【摘要】 针对目前播种机施肥工作环境条件恶劣、人员监测难度大及施肥监测装置较少等问题,以嵌入式微处理器为核心,采用传感器技术、无线通信技术,研究了施肥量计量及工况监测系统,该系统已进行田间生产试验。试验结果表明:施肥计量误差<6.3%,肥箱空、肥管堵、肥管空误报警率为0,报警延迟时间<0.5s,具有较好的全天候作业能力,能够满足实际田间作业中肥量监测及肥量施肥状态预警等任务。

【Abstract】 In view of the precise seeder outside severe working conditions,it is difficult to measure the fertilizer sowing amount and the amount of the fertilizer monitoring for the operator. The amount of testing devices are less. The system used embedded microcontroller processor as the core to study the working condition of fertilization rate measurement and monitoring system with the sensor technology and wireless communication technology. In April 2015 the system had been tested at farm production field. The test results showed fertilization measurement error < 6. 3%. And the empty bins、fertilizer pipe plugging,fertilizer empty false alarm rate is zero,alarm delay time < 0. 5 s. It has been better ability in all-weather operation and can satisfy the fertilizer consumption in practical field monitoring,early warning tasks such as fertilizing fertilizer consumption state.
