玉米自动考种流水线控制系统设计——基于MCGS嵌入式组态软件

【摘要】 针对现有玉米考种技术考种对象单一、考种效率低下的现状,研发出一种基于MCGS嵌入式组态软件的玉米自动考种流水线控制系统。整套控制系统由MCGS嵌入式组态软件和FT-RS-0808继电器控制模块结合控制,通过RS485通讯串口实现数据传输。使用MCGS嵌入式组态软件编写循环控制策略程序,根据考种流水线中各传感器实时检测的感应信号,判断并控制考种线设备运行,可实现从玉米果穗至玉米籽粒考种性状的自动、有序采集。试验结果表明:该系统连续作业时考种效率可达5~6穗/min。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the situation of onefold research object and the low test efficiency in maize variety test,a control system of automatic pipeline for maize variety test based on MCGS configuration software was designed in this paper. The system is controlled by MCGS configuration software and FT-RS-0808 relay control module. The data is transmitted via RS485 serial port communication. Loop control strategy program is writed by using the MCGS configuration software. According to real-time detection of the sensor signals in the automatic pipelining for maize analysis,the control system can control the equipments operation to collect the characters data of maize ear and corn seeds. The experimental results show that the measurement speed is up to 5 to 6 per minute.
