苜蓿草捆太阳能干燥特性试验研究

【摘要】 为研究苜蓿草捆在太阳能干燥过程中干燥介质状态和草捆状态与干燥速率及干燥特性间的关系,在已有的太阳能干燥试验台上进行了单层和多层的草捆干燥试验。通过试验获得了草捆的干燥特性曲线,分析了各因素对干燥特性的影响规律,建立了试验因子与含水率间的数学模型。结果表明:草捆的干燥存在着明显的水分梯度和温度梯度;介质温度每增加10℃,草捆的干燥速度可提升10%~15%;草捆的密度小时,草捆与介质温差大,有利于干燥;采用太阳能捆草干燥技术可以加快干燥速度,且减少营养成分损失。

【Abstract】 In order to study the influence of the dry medium state and the alfalfa bale state on the drying rate and drying characteristics during the course of solar drying,the drying experiment of single and multi layers was carried out on the existing test- bed of solar drying. The drying characteristic curve of alfalfa bale was obtained by experiment,and the effect of various factors on drying characteristics was analyzed,and the mathematical model between the factor and water content was established. The results showed that there was a clear water gradient and temperature gradient in the alfalfa bale. The drying speed can be increased by 10% ~ 15% when temperature of the medium is increased by 10 degrees Celsius. The density of the alfalfa bale is small,the alfalfa bale and the medium temperature difference are big,which is beneficial to the drying. Faster drying rate and less nutrient loss can be achieved by using solar drying technology of alfalfa bale.
