枸杞自动化输送和分级装置机械设计

【摘要】 针对传统枸杞分选机输送系统体积大、对果品损伤大的劣势,设计了一种微型化、振动式上料喂料装置,采用四轨道枸杞输送,将枸杞自动排布系统的体积缩小至70×60×70cm3。利用机器视觉的方法,对枸杞进行全图像采集,图像处理后用非接触喷气式分离系统对枸杞进行分级,达到了无损伤、无污染的分级效果。实验表明:在振动频率为60Hz、振幅为0.25mm时,可分级枸杞36个/s,分级准确度率89%,能够较好地满足枸杞加工中对枸杞分级的要求。

【Abstract】 For disadvantages of Large volume and big damage to fruit of traditional wolfberry sorting conveyor systems,we have designed a miniaturized,vibration feeding device which has four conveyor tracks and can reduced the Wolfberry automatic arrangement system volume to 70 ×60 ×70cm3. The use of machine vision methods to take Wolfberry full image acquisition,and then we use a non- contact jet separation system for grading wolfberry after all the image processing finished,in this way no damage and pollution to the fruit. Experimental results show that the when the vibration frequency equal to 60 hz with 0. 25 mm vibration amplitude,the equipment can stability achieve to the grading speed of 36 wolfberry per second and classification accuracy rate of 88%,which can better meet the wolfberry grade requirements of wolfberry processing.
