【摘要】 测量医患社会心态可从人际、群际和文化三大层面入手,采取多方法并举、分层级建构、全要素综合的医患社会心态整体测量路径。医患社会心态的内容结构可分为医患社会情绪、医患社会认知、医患社会价值观和医患社会行为倾向四大维度,在各维度下可分设不同的二级指标并确定相关题项,建构群际和文化层面上的医患社会心态问卷,以线上线下相结合的取样方式进行抽样调查。人际层面的医患社会心态则可通过在真实医患场景下进行参与观察、访谈和影像分析进行更为微观具体的个案式研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Measuring doctor-patient social mentality contains three levels:interpersonal,intergroup,and cultural. A comprehensive measuring strategy is recommended by adopting various methods simultaneously,constructing a multilevel questionnaire,and covering all relevant elements. There are four key dimensions of doctor-patient social mentality:doctor-patient social mood,doctor-patient social cognition,doctor-patient social values,and doctor-patient social behavior tendency. Different secondary indicators can be set under each dimension and then the related items can be determined. A questionnaire aiming to measure up the intergroup level can thus be constructed and a combined on-line and off-line sampling survey can be done. Interpersonal level of doctor-patient social mentality can be studied via participant observation,interviews and more microscopic image analysis of specific case studies.更多还原
