[目的]从江苏如皋水稻田土样中分离到昆虫线虫一新株系N3(简称虫株N3),通过形态学和分子生物学特征对其进行了鉴定。[方法]利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察线虫的形态特征,对其形态特征进行测计并构建基于18S r DNA序列的系统发育树等,对虫株N3进行了系统分类鉴定。[结果]虫株N3主要形态特征是:食道基球退化;交合刺整体弧形弯曲,基部愈合弯曲;引带近腹部端,附着于交合刺基部;生殖乳突P3近泄殖腔,P2、P4远泄殖腔;双子宫。18S r DNA分子系统树表明:虫株N3与Diplogasteroides nasuensis最为相近,具有93.2%的同源性。虫株N3可以根据食道基球与交合刺基部的形态和引带附着位置加以区分。[结论]结合形态学和分子生物学特征鉴定,虫株N3为新种,命名为如皋似双胃线虫(Diplogasteroides rugaoensis n.sp.)。

[Objectives]An insectivorous nematode population N3( Hereinafter referred to as: N3) was collected from paddy field of Rugao,Jiangsu Province.
