【摘要】 面对日趋突出的水生态环境,习近平在治国理政过程中,对水资源管理、水环境治理、水问题解决等一系列问题,在不同场合做过许多重要论述,提出过许多新思想。习近平水生态文明建设思想具有独特的系统性特点。具体表现在三个方面:一是从自然生态系统出发,认识水与人类的关系,强调水是自然生态系统的一部分,提升我国水生态文明水平;二是从水生态系统的整体性出发,主张运用工程技术方法,协调处理水资源水环境问题,强调水生态治理是个系统工程;三是运用社会系统研究方法,从经济社会发展需要出发,强调尊重自然,推进水利改革。研究习近平水生态文明建设思想,有利于从理念上树立正确的水生态环境观,把生态文明建设思想转变为全社会的涉水实践,实现人与自然和谐发展的新境界,为建设美丽中国提供方法论启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facing the increasingly serious problem of water ecological environment, in the process of governing the country, Xi Jinping did a lot of important discussions on different occasions about the water resources management,water environment management, water problem solving, and put forward many new ideas. Xi Jinping s thought of water ecological civilization progressing has unique systematic characteristics. First, starting from the natural ecological system, we should understand the relationship between water and human being emphasizing that water is part of the natural ecosystem improving the level of water ecological civilization. Second, starting from the integrity of the water ecosystem, we should advocate the use of engineering technology, coordinate the treatment of water resources and water environment issues, emphasizing that water ecological governance is a systematic project. Third,starting from the needs of economic and social development, we need to promote water conservancy reform with research methods in social studies emphasizing respect for nature. The scientific on Xi Jinpings thought of water ecological civilization progressing is beneficial to turn the ideology of ecological civilization progressing into practice with correct view of water ecological environment so as to provide methodological enlightenment for the building of wonderful China and achieve the harmonious development of man and nature.更多还原
