【摘要】 利用2006—2014年36个工业行业面板数据,将工业行业归类为资源密集型、劳动密集型和资本密集型,基于工业行业异质性,利用SYS-GMM方法研究环境规制对技术创新的影响,结果表明:在工业行业中,环境规制正向作用于资源密集型产业的技术创新;负向作用于劳动密集型产业的技术创新;对资本密集型产业的技术创新的作用效果不明显。政府应充分考虑工业行业的异质性,有针对性地制定相应的环境规制政策,以更好地促进工业企业的技术创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper uses panel data of 36 industrial sectors from 2006 to 2014 to classify the industrial sectors into resource intensive industries,labor intensive industries and capital intensive industries. Based on the heterogeneity of industry,SYS-GMM method is adopted to study the impact of environmental regulation on technological innovation. The result shows that environmental regulation plays a positive role in the technological innovation of resource intensive industries in industry and a negative role in the technology innovation in labor-intensive industries in industry and the effect of technological innovation in capital intensive industries is not obvious. The government should give full considerations to the heterogeneity of the industrial sector,formulate corresponding environmental regulation policies to promote technological innovation of industrial enterprises.更多还原
