【摘要】 “这是一个最好的时代,也是一个最坏的时代”,需要全球治理解决全球问题和维护全球经济发展。亚投行正是适应这个时代的要求而应运而生的。作为推动亚洲基础设施互联互通和生产性项目发展的国际组织,亚投行从构建伊始即凸显出其坚持国际法治的基本路径,其发布的环境与社会政策必将引领该行投资项目为实现可持续发展目标作出贡献。我国政府在鼓励企业投资于南海周边国家基础设施项目的同时,应通过强制推行企业环境保护的社会责任,提醒我国企业防范亚投行环境与社会政策而遭遇贷款风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present time we want a global governance to resolve global issues to maintain global economic development. AIIB has been established to conform to the demands of the times,its objects are to help infrastructure’ interconnection among Asia countries. By international law, AIIB publishes its Environmental and Social Framework in order to implement mankind common goal of sustainable development. While our government should encourage our enterprises to invest in neighboring countries of South China Sea,it else forces our enterprises’ social responsibility in environmental protection and alerts their risks in AIIB loan.更多还原
