【摘要】 目的调查癫疒间患儿家庭管理现状并分析其影响因素,为开展癫疒间患儿的健康教育和制定家庭管理方案提供依据。方法随机抽取我院2015年4月1日—11月30日收治的106例癫疒间患儿及其家长作为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、家庭功能评定表、家庭管理量表进行调查。采用多元逐步回归分析癫疒间患儿家庭管理的影响因素。结果癫疒间患儿家庭的家庭功能总分为(155.12±10.79)分,家庭管理量表中疾病管理困难(47.01±6.64)分,疾病管理能力(37.53±5.76)分。多元逐步回归分析显示:家庭所在地、病程、患儿年龄及癫疒间发作次数是家庭疾病管理困难的主要影响因素(P<0.05);角色、总的功能及家庭功能总分是家庭疾病管理能力的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论癫疒间患儿家庭管理水平偏低,应重点关注家庭所在地在农村、患儿年龄<1岁,病程>2年、近1个月癫疒间发作>10次以及家庭功能得分低的患儿及其家长。可以从普及癫疒间疾病知识和家庭分工、任务等方面进行干预和指导,以提高癫疒间患儿的家庭管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status quo of family management of children with epilepsy and to analyze its influence factors,to provide a theoretical basis for health education of children with epilepsy and the development of family management programs.Methods We randomly selected 106 family with epileptic children aged 0 to 6 from April 1,2015 to November 30,2015.The survey was conducted by questionnaire,family function assessment and family management scale within 24 hours of admission to the diagnosis of epilepsy.The multiple stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of family management.Results The total score of family function of children with epilepsy was 155.12 ±10.79.The score of difficulty of disease management was 47.01±6.64 and that of disease management ability 37.53 ±5.76.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the location of the family,the duration of the disease,the age of the children and the number of seizures had a certain impact on the difficulties of family management(P<0.05).The score of family role,general function and the total score of family function had certain influence on family disease management ability(P<0.05).Conclusion Family management of children with epilepsy is poor and medical workers should pay more attention to those from rural area,those aged younger than 1,those with the course of disease longer than 2 years and those with epilepsy more than 10 times in recent 1 months.Effective interventions should be put forward to improve the management of family disease in children with epilepsy,so as to improve the quality of life of children and their parents.更多还原
