【摘要】 目的编制《血液净化护理数据元目录》及《值域代码》,为血液净化护理信息化提供统一的标准化的数据支持,促进信息互通共享。方法本研究运用文献研究、调查法、德尔菲法收集相关临床资料,采用自下而上的方法对血液净化护理信息项进行提取和整理,并参照国家标准进行查重、去重、采标以及标准化。结果最终得到规范化数据元157个,形成《血液净化护理数据元目录》及《值域代码》。结论本研究成功构建了血液净化护理信息数据元标准,基本完成血液净化数据元术语的标准化,为实现血液净化信息资源的互通共享奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop Blood Purification Nursing Information Data Element Directory and Information Data Code and to provide standardized data support for the informationization of blood purification nursing. Methods Relevant clinical data were collected through literature review, investigation and Delphi method. With down-top method, blood purification nursing information data element was extracted. According to the national standard, after duplicate checking, de-duplicate, adoption of standards and standardized terminology, finally standardized data element was identified. Results Totally 157 standardized data elements were indentified and Blood Purification Nursing Information Data Element Directory and Information Data Code were developed.Conclusion The standard system of blood purification nursing information date element is developed successfully, and the construction of data element standard of blood purification is basically completed, which establishes foundation for the interworking and sharing of blood purification nursing information.更多还原
