原发性痛经本科生的归因方式与人格及焦虑的相关性研究
Correlation among Attribution Style, Personality and Anxiety of Primary Dysmenorrhea Undergraduates
【摘要】 目的了解原发性痛经本科生的归因方式,并探讨其归因方式与人格及焦虑的相关性。方法采用归因方式问卷、中国大五人格问卷简式版、焦虑自评量表对235名原发性痛经本科生进行调查。结果原发性痛经本科生对正性事件的归因得分为(12.36±3.69)分,对负性事件的归因得分为(12.37±2.70)分;对负性事件的归因与神经质呈正相关(P<0.01),与宜人性呈负相关(P<0.05);对正性事件的归因与宜人性呈正相关(P<0.05);对负性事件的归因与焦虑呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论原发性痛经本科生的总体归因方式较消极,对负性事件的归因与神经质及焦虑密切相关。管理者需及时评估原发性痛经本科生归因方式,帮助其减少消极的归因方式,培养积极的归因方式,减轻焦虑情绪对原发性痛经的影响。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the attribution style of primary dysmenorrhea undergraduates, and to explore the relationships among the attribution style, personality and anxiety. Methods Totally 235 primary dysmenorrhea undergraduates were investigated by Attribution Style Questionnaire(ASQ), Chinese Big Five Personality Inventory(CBF-PI-B), and the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Results The score of attribution of positive events in primary dysmenorrhea undergraduates was 12.36 ±3.69, and that of attribution of negative events 12.37 ±2.70;the attribution of negative events was significantly positively correlated with neuroticism and anxiety(P<0.01), and negatively with agreeableness(P<0.05). The attribution of positive events was positively correlated with agreeableness(P<0.05). Conclusion The general attribution of primary dysmenorrhea undergraduate is negative and attribution of negative events,neuroticism and anxiety are closely related. Managers need assess the attributional style of primary dysmenorrhea undergraduates timely, help them to reduce negative attributional style while culture positive attributional style to reduce the effect of anxiety on primary dysmenorrhea.
