片状锌铝合金粉的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 设计了以湿式球磨法制备片状锌铝合金粉的工艺流程.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、激光粒度仪、斯科特容量计、盖水面积测试器、析气装置等仪器对制备的片状锌铝合金粉和进口产品进行检测表征,并检验了产品在涂料中的应用性.结果表明,所制备的片状锌铝合金粉的微观形貌、粒度分布、松装密度、盖水面积、析气量及应用性能等主要技术指标与进口产品非常接近,完全满足高耐蚀无铬锌铝涂层使用要求.

【Abstract】 A process flow of preparing flake zinc-aluminum alloy powder based on wet stirred ball-milling has been designed.The prepared flake zinc-aluminum alloy powder and the imported products have been tested by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM),laser particle size analyzer,scott volumometer,water covering capacity tester and device of hydrogen evolution test for the performance properties in coating.The results show that the main performance indicators of the prepared flake zinc-aluminum alloy powder,such as the micro-morphology,particle size distribution,loose density,water covering capacity,amount of hydrogen evolution and the performance properties,are comparable to the performance of the imported products.Thus it can highly meet the operating requirements of the high corrosion resistance zinc-aluminum coating.
