【摘要】 采用DPPH自由基清除能力法(DPPH),羟自由基清除法(HRSA)和金属离子螯合能力法(MCC)3种方法,对海南新老苦丁茶提取液的抗氧化作用进行了研究。结果表明,海南苦丁茶提取液具有明显的抗氧化作用,其对DPPH自由基、羟自由基(HRSA)的清除能力和对金属离子螯合能力(MCC)随浓度的增加而增大,且新茶的抗氧化能力要强于老茶。更多还原

【Abstract】 The antioxidant activities of Hainan I. latifolia extract were determined by DPPH radical scavenging assay(DPPH),hydroxyl radical scavenging assay(HRSA) and metal ion chelating ability assay(MCC). The results showed that Hainan I.latifolia extract has obvious antioxidant activities. The antioxidant activity increased with the increase of the concentration of the extract. The antioxidant ability of new leaves was generally higher than the old leaves.更多还原
