针对风电场群的储能系统优化配置方法研究
Research on optimization method of energy storage system for wind farm group
【摘要】 为克服风力发电的波动性,同时考虑风电场汇聚后的平滑效应,以风电场群为研究对象,提出了一套完整的储能系统优化配置方法。首先,利用灰色Verhulst模型对风功率进行预测,并对比分析了单个风电场与风电场群对预测结果的影响;其次,兼顾储能系统的建设成本和运行成本,建立以年综合费用最小为目标的优化模型,并采用内点法求解,得到储能系统的额定容量和额定功率;最后,以New England 10机39节点系统为算例,根据所提最小网损频率指标的计算结果,选定储能的安装位置。仿真结果验证了所提方法的经济性和可行性。
【Abstract】 In order to overcome the fluctuation of wind power and consider the smoothing effect of wind farm,a complete optimization method of energy storage system is proposed for wind farm group.Firstly,the wind power is forecasted by the grey Verhulst model,and the influence of the single wind farm and the wind farm group on the prediction results is compared and analyzed.Secondly,considering the construction cost and running cost of the energy storage system,the optimization model of the minimum annual cost is set up.Then the model is solved by the interior point method and the rated capacity and rated power of energy storage system are obtained.Finally,taking the New England 10-generator 39-bus system as an example,the installation location is selected according to the index of the active power loss.The simulation results verify the economic and feasibility of the proposed method.
