【摘要】 以江南古镇旅游外宣的部分英译文本作为研究语料,基于赖斯的文本类型理论,发现江南古镇旅游外宣文本英译存在错误频现、错译和死译现象以及文化信息传递不具体等问题。对此,提出针对性的翻译策略,即必须提高译者的职业素养和责任心意识,归化和异化策略的灵活运用,对于文化信息缺省采用增译+注释的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on Reiss’ s text type theory, this paper examines some English translations of the texts about the ancient towns in Jiangnan. It finds that there exist many problems in the translation including mistakes occurrence, word-for-word translation, and cross-cultural communication barrier in translation. Thus, the paper puts forward the translating strategies accordingly such as to improve the translators’ professionalism and responsibility, to employ the skill of domestication and foreignization, and to use addition plus annotation approach in translating some cultural information.更多还原
