【摘要】 目前寺院旅游收入分配问题突出。通过对西藏寺院的调研,发现寺院旅游收入分配中存在居民利益未得到重视;寺院旅游收入差距大,僧人生活补贴相差明显;生活补贴偏高,公益和教育支出偏低;寺院财务管理的规范性有待提高等问题。寺院是宗教活动场所,寺院旅游应适度;僧尼参与寺院旅游获得的是生活补贴,不是薪酬;社区是寺院旅游的基础,利益应得到保障;僧人的补贴不宜过多,差距不宜过大;寺院应进一步增加人才培养和社会公益投入;作为经济实体,寺院财务管理应更加规范。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently, the problem of tourist revenues distribution of Buddhist temples is still outstanding. Through the investigation of Tibetan representative temple, it is found that the problem of community residents’ interest in revenues distribution of temple tourism is ignored; there is a large gap in tourist revenues among temples and living allowance of monks is obvious different; By comparison, the living allowance is higher than expenditures in public services and education. the normalization of financial management waits to be improved. Temples are religious sites, tourist de-velopment should be maintained to an appropriate scale; Buddhist monks and nuns participated in temple tourism get living allowance rather than emolument; communities is the basis of temple tourism, interest of the surrounding communities should be guaranteed seriously; living allowance of monks should not be too much and income gap should not be too great; temples should shoulder greater social responsibility in talent training and public services; as an economical entity, temples ’financial management should be more normalized.更多还原
