【摘要】 落实"卓越计划"是高校深化教育教学综合改革,提高人才培养质量的重要举措之一.本文针对西部经济社会转型升级发展对应用型人才培养的新需求,构建了地理与资源环境类专业"一主线·两注重·三结合"应用型人才培养体系,从准确定位培养目标、科学设计培养规格、优化课程体系、重构实践教学体系等四个方面探究人才培养方案优化,并提出五项人才培养质量保障措施,以期为地方高校实施"卓越计划"应用型人才培养提供借鉴与参考.更多还原

【Abstract】 It is one of important measures of deepening educational comprehensive reform and improving talents’ cultivating quality in colleges and universitie to implement excellence programs. According to the new demand of talents training in the development of social transformation,the cultivation system of applied undergraduate talents major in geography and resources and environment was constructed,which includes a mainline,two attentions,three combinations. The talents training plan is optimized from the accurate location of training target,scientific design of training standard,optimization of curriculum structure and reconstruction of practical teaching system. Five supporting measures of talents training quality was put forward to provide reference for cultivation system of applied talents from the perspective of the excellence program in local universities.更多还原
