富硒杏鲍菇对小鼠免疫力与抗氧化能力的影响

【摘要】 采用灌胃法,进行了富硒杏鲍菇子实体对小鼠免疫力、抗氧化作用的药理试验,结果表明:富硒杏鲍菇组的小鼠脏器指数高于纯净水组、Na2Se O3组和不加硒普通杏鲍菇组的小鼠脏器指数;富硒杏鲍菇子实体的水提液、75%乙醇提取液、80%甲醇提取液对DPPH自由基的清除率分别达到72.69%、69.72%、68.31%,均显著高于市售普通杏鲍菇子实体和液体发酵富硒杏鲍菇菌丝体干粉对自由基清除率(P<0.01);富硒杏鲍菇子实体处理组的小鼠全血和肝脏中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于对照组、Na2Se O3处理组、普通杏鲍菇组,而丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组、Na2Se O3处理组及普通杏鲍菇处理组.结论:富硒杏鲍菇可显著提高小鼠免疫力和抗氧化能力.

【Abstract】 The effects of improving immunity,and anti-oxidation and anti-tumor of se-enriched P.eryngii powder were tested by the method of gavage.The results showed that organ index of Se-enriched Pleurotus eryngii powder groups were significantly higher than that in distilled water group,Na2 Se O3group and normal P.eryngii group:The extracts with H2 O,75 % ethanol and 80 % methanol from the Se-enriched P.eryngii powder could decrease 72.69%,68.31% and 69.72% of 0.2 mg·m L-1DPPH free radicals,significantly higher than those from normal Pl.eryngii power and mycelia grown in Se submerged culture:Plasma and liver GSH-Px,SOD activity of Se-enriched P.eryngii powder groups were significantly higher than those of distilled water group,Na2 Se O3group and normal P.eryngii group,and MDA content in plasma and liver were lower than those of the other groups.
