河南不同产地艾叶挥发油成分的GC-MS分析

【摘要】 用GC-MS技术和峰面积归一化法参照NIST11质谱库,对河南方城、洛阳、叶县三个产地的艾叶挥发油成分进行定性和定量分析。从艾叶挥发油中检测到53种物质。不同产地艾叶中的挥发油成分略有差异。其中含量较高的成分有:氧化石竹烯、杜仲烯、石竹烯、桉叶油素、异冰片醇、对-薄荷基-1-烯-4-醇、1αβ,2,3,4,4α,5,6,7bβ-八氢-1,1,4β,7-四甲基-1H-环丙|e|甘菊蓝及其氧化物、香叶烯、α-蛇床烯、7-异丙基-4-αβ-8αβ-二甲基-八氢1[2H]-萘酮、δ-石竹烯、Г-榄烯等。三个产地艾叶挥发油中均无侧柏酮,樟脑含量均低于1%。其中,杜仲烯、氧化石竹烯的含量远高于国内其他产区。说明河南产地艾叶出油率高,成分丰富度高而且安全,药用价值高。

【Abstract】 The chemical compositions in the volatile oil of Artemisia argyi H. Lév. & Vaniot. growed in Henan were compared with the other regions in China,to provide a scientific proof for integrative development and utilization of moxa in Henan province. The volatile oil was extracted by distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. The relative content of each component was calculated by peak area normalization method. There were 53 chemical compositions were identified from the oil of Henan moxa.The major constituents of the volatiles are,Caryophyllene oxide,Eudesma-4-[14],11-diene,caryophyllene,eucalyptol,isoborneol,p-menth-1-en-4-ol,1 H-cycloprop | e | azulene,1αβ,2,3,4,4α,5,6,7αbβ-octahydro-1,1,4β,7-tetramethyl-,Germacrene,α-selinene,1[2 H]-naphthalenone,octahydro-7α,isopropyl-4αβ,8αβ-dimethyl-,δ-caryophyllene,Γ-elemene etc. The contents of Eudesma-4-[14 ],11-diene and Caryophyllene oxide were higer than that of other regions; the content of camohor were less than 1% and there is no thujanol detected. The yield of the volatile oil and the compositions varieties were more than most of the other regions. The compositions of the volatile oil from moxa in Henan are safety and have a high medicinal value.
