【摘要】 选用健康断奶藏獒(45日龄)32只,随机分成4个处理组,饲喂4种不同能量和蛋白质水平的日粮,研究日粮能量和蛋白质水平对断奶到4月龄藏獒生长发育、营养物质消化率及血液指标的影响。结果表明:平均日采食量随能量水平降低而增加,料重比随蛋白水平升高而降低;能量和蛋白水平对体重、管围、耳长和尾长有显著影响(P<0.05);日粮能量水平对钙消化率有显著影响,能量水平低时钙消化率高;能量水平相同时,可消化蛋白质和尿能随蛋白水平升高而升高;不同能量和蛋白质水平对藏獒血清胆固醇、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、血清蛋白质、血糖及碱性磷酸酶含量有显著影响(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,断奶到4月龄藏獒适宜的代谢能水平为16.50 MJ/kg,蛋白质水平为25.62%。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this trail,32( 16 male and 16 female) Tibetan mastiffs of 45-day-age were selected and reared separately,the Tibetan mastiffs were fed with 4 diets with different energy and protein level. Effects of different diets on the growth,nutrient digestion rate and blood index were studied. The results as follows: AFI grows when the energy intake decrease. D/G decrease by increasing of protein intake. Both energy and protein affect the body weight,pipe measurement,ear length and tail length in significant way.( P < 0. 05); It has significant effection to digestion of calcium through different diet,when energy intake decrease,the digestion of calcium increase,; With the same level of energy,digestible protein and urine energy increase is resulted by increasing protein intake.
