高瓦斯易自燃煤层采空区瓦斯与自然发火综合防治研究

【摘要】 以余吾矿N2202工作面为工程背景,对采空区注入CO2气体进行防治采空区自然发火以及提高瓦斯抽采效率进行研究。结果表明注入CO2气体使得瓦斯浓度梯度向采空区深部移动,并对采空区瓦斯积聚带瓦斯浓度进行稀释。同时致使吸附于煤体中的部分CH4气体被置换出来,在防治采空区自然发火的同时有效提高了水平分支井对采空区瓦斯的抽采率。

【Abstract】 Taking N2202 working face as the engineering background, this paper studies the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion in goaf and the improvement of gas drainage efficiency by injecting CO2 gas into goaf. The results show that the gas concentration gradient is moved to the deep part of the goaf, and the gas concentration in the gas accumulation zone in the goaf is diluted by injecting CO2 gas. At the same time, some of the CH4 gas adsorbed in the coal body is replaced, and the recovery rate of the gas in the goaf of the horizontal branch well is effectively improved by preventing and controlling the spontaneous combustion in goaf.
