基于CuO/SiO2载氧体的化学链氧解耦燃烧实验研究
Experimental Investigation of Chemical-looping with Oxygen Uncoupling of Coal Based on CuO/SiO2 Oxygen Carrier
【摘要】 在间歇式小型流化床中利用CuO/SiO2为载氧体针对煤CLOU过程进行了初步实验研究。研究发现,在CLOU还原阶段,煤的燃烧过程非常迅速。950℃时,仅需要60 s左右反应即结束。反应过程中O2的浓度并不为0,说明载氧体释放氧气的速率较快,而焦炭的氧化过程是速率限制步骤。温度对反应过程有明显的影响,提高反应温度能显著提高燃料转化效率,但是高温条件下载氧体有烧结倾向,提高Cu基载氧体的高温条件下的稳定性是未来的研究重点。
【Abstract】 The reactivity CuO/SiO2 oxygen carriers in chemical-looping with oxygen uncoupling of coal has been investigated in a batch fluidized bed reactor.Experimental results showed that,coal combustion rate in the CLOU process was high.It only needed about 60 s for coal conversion in 950℃.The concentration of O2 was not zero during the reduction process,which means that the oxygen release rate is high enough,while the oxide rate of the coal char is the rate limiting step.With the increase of reaction temperature,the coal conversion rate increased significantly.However,the oxygen carrier showed the sintering tendency at high temperatures,therefore,increasing the stability at high temperatures is the focus of future research.
