【摘要】 通过系统理论研究提出一种新型喷雾除尘技术,即智能控制喷雾除尘技术。新型喷雾除尘技术利用环境监测技术,集成高压微雾除尘与干雾抑尘2种装置,可根据作业环境粉尘浓度、风速和温度的变化,实现喷雾除尘的智能控制。经实践证明,新型喷雾除尘技术在悬臂式斗轮堆取料机上的应用效果良好,工作稳定可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through research of system theory a new type spray dust control technology was proposed,namely spray dust control technology of intelligent control.The new type spray dust control technology made use of environmental monitoring technology,integrated high pressure micro mist dust control and dry fog dust suppression two devices and realized the intelligent control of spraying dust control according to the variation of dust concentration,wind speed and temperature.It is proved by practice that the application effect of new type spray dust control technology in boom type bucket-wheel stacke/reclaimer is well,stable and reliable.更多还原
