松软低透强突煤层石门揭煤工程实践
Engineering Practice of Soft Coal Seam with Low Permeability and Strong Outburst in Coal Seam Uncovering
【摘要】 杨梅山煤矿+195 m水平回风石门煤层地质构造复杂、煤质极为松软,变质程度高、煤的瓦斯放散能力和极限吸附量都较大,具有较强的突出危险性。单纯的施工煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔,消突效果较弱,需要采取强化抽采措施。在补充了水力冲孔加强局部防突措施之后,杨梅山煤矿+195 m水平回风石门揭煤工作面煤层的残余瓦斯含量、瓦斯压力和初始释放瓦斯膨胀能均小于临界值。采用金属骨架等安全防护措施后顺利揭开+195 m水平回风石门。
【Abstract】 In the soft coal seam with a complex geological structure,the metamorphic degree and utmost adsorption quantity of coal are large in the location of crosscut head of ventilating tunnel of Yangmeishan coal mine at its altitude of +195 m.The effect of gas drainage on eliminating risk of coal and gas outburst is not as strong as expected.It is necessary to undertake the more efficient measures to strengthen the effect of the evacuation.After added the hydraulic flushing to strengthen regional outburst prevention measures,the residual gas content,gas pressure and initial released gas expansion energy in Yangmeishan coal mine is lower than the critical value.Since the security measures such as metal structure had been undertaken at the crosscut head of ventilating tunnel at the altitude of +195 m,the coal seam uncovering was successfully completed.
