【Abstract】 The monitoring system for emulsion explosive production is designed based on the control kernel of S7-300 PLC, using monitor platform of Win CC configuration technology. The system can carry out to automation collection of emulsion explosives production line temperature, pressure, density,electric current and vibration data and monitor malfunction alerting.
