煤矿乏风瓦斯变压吸附仿真实验研究
Simulation Experimental Study on Ventilation Air Methane by Vacuum Pressure-swing Adsorption
【摘要】 以实验室搭建的双塔变压吸附装置为基础,以Aspen Adsorption为操作平台,通过拟合相关参数,搭建了变压吸附装置富集分离煤矿乏风瓦斯的仿真模型,探究吸附时间与解吸时间对解吸气甲烷浓度的影响。结果表明,仿真模拟能较好地模拟实验情况,可以利用Aspen Adsorption辅助设计变压吸附富集分离煤矿乏风瓦斯,为气体分离提供理论与实际指导意见,节省资源与能源。
【Abstract】 The experiment of pressure swing pressure process was carried out on double towers bulit by laboratory, and the Aspen Adsorption was the simulate softwore. The desorbed methane concentration was studied by altering the feed concentration, the adsorbed pressure, adsorbed and desorbed time.The results show that the simulation can be well simulated experiment. Therefore, can make use of Aspen Adsorption to design separation and enrichment of CVAM, providing theoretical and practical guidance for the gas separation, saving resources and energy.
