煅后焦余热回收换热器传热特性实验研究
Experimental Investigation on Heat Transfer Characteristics of Calcined Petroleum Coke Waste Heat Utilization Exchanger
【摘要】 利用自行搭建的煅后焦传热实验系统,研究了不同料层内颗粒升温情况以及颗粒平均粒径、电加热功率对余热回收换热器传热特性的影响规律。结果表明:在颗粒升温过程中,由近壁层到最外层,颗粒温度稳定的开始时刻依次提前;在实验范围内,随着颗粒平均粒径的增大,余热回收换热器壁面有效传热系数和近壁层颗粒温度均减小,但减小趋势变缓;随着电加热功率的增大,近壁层颗粒温度升高,有效传热系数增大;对实验数据进行回归分析,建立了适用于余热回收换热器壁面的无量纲传热实验关联式。
【Abstract】 The heat transfer characteristics of the CPC waste heat utilization exchanger were experimentally investigated by means of the CPC heat transfer experimental system. The effects of particle average diameter of CPC and electrical heating power were carefully studied. The results show that from the beginning of heating to steady-state heat transfer, the start moment of particle temperature stability is in advance. In this experiment, the effective heat transfer coefficient of the CPC waste heat utilization exchanger surface and the particle temperature of the innermost layer decrease with the increasing particle average diameter and the tendency to change reduce. The effective heat transfer coefficient of the CPC waste heat utilization exchanger surface and the particle temperature of the innermost layer are both increased with the increasing electrical heat power. The test data are inductively analyzed, leading to a dimensionless heat transfer correlation of the CPC waste heat utilization exchanger surface.
