钻式采煤机多钻头互换控制系统设计
Design of Drill Bits Exchange Control System in Drill Type Coal Mining Machine
【摘要】 提出了一种新型钻式采煤机的互换控制系统,通过可互换机械结构的设计和基于改进型逼近理想解排序(TOPSIS)法的钻头优选流程的设计,实现了钻头、钻杆各结构装卸的自动控制,并保证了采煤机的定向钻进。
【Abstract】 A new type drilling swap system of coal mining machine is proposed, which can realize automatic control of handling drill bits and pipes structure by the design of interchange mechanical structure and the process based on improved to select bits. These ensure the directional control of shearer drilling.
