嵌入热阻的矿井通风优化方法研究
Research on Mine Ventilation Optimization Method with Thermal Resistance Embedded
【摘要】 随着矿井开采深度的不断增加,热害问题已经成为矿井生产中的一个难题。首先介绍了回路法的基本原理和计算步骤,然后引入了热阻的概念,并利用回路法对实际按需分风网络进行了通风优化。对热害严重的巷道进行了热阻计算,通过将热阻嵌入通风网络后进行解算,得到了新的优化方案。对比2种优化方案,可以看出热阻的存在对通风优化过程有着十分重要的影响。
【Abstract】 With the increase of mining depth, the thermal pollution problem has become a difficult problem in mine production. The basic principle and calculation steps and the concept of thermal resistance was introduced, then the optimization of the ventilation network was carried out by using the loop method. The thermal resistance of the tunnel where heat is serious was calculated, and the new optimization scheme is obtained after the thermal resistance is embedded in the ventilation network.Compared with the two optimization schemes, it can be seen that the existence of thermal resistance has a very important influence on the ventilation optimization process.
