【摘要】 目的:探讨LED红光联合马齿苋洗剂湿敷及外用他克莫司治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选择64例面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者,随机分为联合治疗组和对照组,每组各36例。对照组患者给予口服地氯雷他定分散片5mg,1次/d,0.03%他克莫司软膏外涂患处,2次/d;联合治疗组在对照组的基础上给予LED红光照射15min/次,1次/d,中药马齿苋洗剂湿敷,1次/d,疗程共4周。分别于治疗第1、3、6、8周做疗效判定。结果:治疗后,联合治疗组的有效率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);停止治疗后第6周、8周,治疗组复发症状评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LED红光联合马齿苋及他克莫司治疗糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎疗效显著,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of LED red light combined with purslane lotion and external use of tacrolimus for the treatment of facial glucocorticoids(hereinafter referred to as hormone) dependent dermatitis. Methods 64 patients with facial hormone dependent dermatitis were selected, and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 32 case. In the control group, the patients were given oral administration of desloratadine( 5 mg once daily) and 0.03% Tacrolimus ointment on the skin lesion twice daily.The treatment group was given the LED red light(15 minutes per time, once daily) and the purslane lotion wet to the skin(once daily)) on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment were 4 weeks.The curative effect was measured respectively at 1, 3, 6 and 8 weeks. Results The effective rates of treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The symptom scores of the combined group were significantly lower after treatment(6 and 8 weeks) than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of LED red light combined with purslane and tacrolimus is safe and reliable intreating facial corticosteroid dpendent dermatitis.更多还原
