【摘要】 目的:探讨矫治乳头内陷效果较好的手术方法。方法:在乳头基底部两侧对称性地设计两个真皮皮瓣,将两皮瓣交叉缝合固定到对侧乳头基底部,同时在乳头基底部行贯穿缝合。结果:本组12例乳头内陷患者术后乳头外形满意,无一例复发。结论:交叉真皮皮瓣联合贯穿缝合法手术简单,治疗效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce a new method of correcting inverted nipple. Methods Two dermal tissue flap were Designed symmetrically in the area of mammary areola on both sides of the nipple, dermal tissue flap on both sides of the inverted nipple were inserted under nipple and fixed with contralateral nipple base, then make a transfixion suture beneath the nipple base during the operation. Results 12 patients with bilateral inverted nipple were treated. There was no recurrence in all cases and the appearance of the nipples were satisfactory. Conclusion It is a good method for inverted nipple with the surgery, it has following advantages: simple, safe, effective.更多还原
