【摘要】 目的:探讨"q"形自体肋软骨联合鼻唇肌肉三维定向立体重建修复唇裂继发鼻畸形手术方法及效果。方法:在鼻唇肌肉三维定向立体重建术基础上利用"q"形自体肋软骨作支架,修复患侧鼻翼畸形,鼻唇肌肉三维定向立体重建形成人中窝、人中嵴及鼻槛。结果:修复后鼻翼外展、塌陷、鼻孔扁平、鼻小柱短小、鼻槛塌陷等方面畸形得到明显改善。结论:应用鼻唇肌肉三维定向立体重建联合"q"形自体肋软骨可有效地治疗唇裂术后患侧鼻翼组织不足导致的继发鼻畸形。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the surgical methods and effects of q-shape autologous costicartilage combined with nasolabial muscle directional three-dimensional reconstruction to repair the secondary nasal deformity after cleft lip repairing. Methods We took the q-shape autologous costicartilage as stent to repair nasal alar deformity, and applied nasolabial muscle directional three-dimensional reconstruction to form philtrum dimple, philtrum ridge and nasal sill. Results The nasal deformities,such as nasal alar abduction, nasal alar collapse, nostrils applanation, short and small nasal columella and nasal sill collapse, were obviously rectified after the repairing. Conclusions q-shape autologous costicartilage combined with nasolabial muscle directional three-dimensional reconstruction can effectively repair the secondary nasal deformity resulted from insufficient nasal alar organization after cleft lip repair.更多还原
