【摘要】 体象是人们对自己身体的心理感受,是对自己身体的姿态和感觉的总和。体象与整形美容医学关系密切,是整形美容心理学研究的核心内容,整形美容外科受术者或多或少都要涉及到体象问题。体象障碍定义为客观身体外表并不存在缺陷或仅仅存在轻微的缺陷,而个体想象出自己的缺陷,或将轻微的缺陷夸大,并由此产生心理痛苦的心理病症。本文通过阐释体象障碍的定义,分析体象障碍与整形美容的关系,说明整形美容手术对体象障碍患者的影响,评述现阶段国内外对体象障碍的评估手段,初步探讨整形美容临床中的体象障碍问题。为在不久的将来开拓整形美容业者与心理学专家合作的新领域做一些有益的思考,从而为整形美容就诊者提供更好的服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Body image is the people’s psychological feelings on their body, the sum of their body’s posture and feeling. Body image is highly related with the cosmetic medicine,which is the core content of plastic surgery.Patients with plastic and aesthetic surgery are more or less related to body image. The definition of body dysmorphic disorder(BDD) is objective physical appearance not defective or only a slight defective. However, individuals imagine their defects or exaggerate minor defects and resulting psychological symptoms of psychological distress. In this article, following demonstration of the definition of Body dysmorphic disorder,the relationship between BDD and cosmetic surgery was indicated,and how BDD effects the result as well as mental disease of the patient was shown. Finally,the different examinations of BDD around world was compared fundamentally. In order to select better candidate for cosmetic procedures, the collaboration between plastic surgeon and psychologist should be strengthened in furture.更多还原
