炼油工业过程控制的研究现状、问题与展望

【摘要】 首先回顾了对炼油生产过程安全高效运行和节能增效至关重要的先进控制、软测量、运行优化技术的发展过程和研究应用现状,并从分析炼油生产过程的特点出发,讨论了实施先进控制中存在的问题,并推荐了解决炼油企业先进控制实施应用难题的一条可行有效的新路,最后对炼油生产过程智能制造的研究应用进行了展望.

【Abstract】 The development processes and the research and application status of advanced control, soft sensing and operation optimization are reviewed firstly, and it is shown that the technologies in process control are crucial to the enhancement of oil refinery production safety and efficiency and to the reduction of energy and consumption. Then, the major difficulties in the implementation of advanced control are discussed by analyzing the features of refinery industry process. To deal with these difficulties, a new effective way is recommended. Finally, the prospect of further research and application is given in the area of intelligent manufacturing within the refinery industry process.
