30W532nm绿激光在不同介质中对肾脏组织汽化结果的比较

【摘要】 目的分别以空气和普通生理盐水为介质,对离体肾脏进行切割,比较30W532nm三硼酸锂晶体(LBO)绿激光在两种介质中的作用效果,探究激光在腹腔镜下对肾脏组织切割的潜在价值。方法取新鲜猪肾脏,保存至4℃冰箱中待用。调试LBO绿激光功率为30 W,分别测试激光头在不同移动速度和工作距离的情况下,将目标肾脏组织于空气和普通生理盐水(0.9%)两种介质中进行切割,并测量其汽化深度、宽度、凝固层厚度,计算汽化效率,对组织行HE染色,测量结果使用两个独立样本t检验法进行分析,P<0.05表示差异有统计学意义。结果 30 W532nm LBO绿激光在空气介质中的汽化效率约是在普通生理盐水中的2.5倍,结果有统计学意义(P<0.01);平均凝固层厚度空气中汽化结果薄,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 30 W532nm LBO绿激光在空气介质中汽化效率更高,并且凝固层厚度无增厚反而变薄。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effects of 30 W532 nm lithium triborate(LBO)green laser partial nephrectomy in normal saline and air,and to explore the feasibility of green laser in partial nephrectomy.Methods Specimens of fresh renal tissues were incised with30 W LBO green laser in normal saline and air.The depth and width of vaporization,thickness of solidifier layer,and vaporization efficiency were measured and calculated.The histological HE of the tissue was assessed.The data were analyzed using independent sample t-test.Results The vaporization efficiency of green laser in air was 2.5 times of that in water,and the thickness of solidifier layer was thinner(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion 30 W 532 nm LBO green laser is more efficient in air than in normal saline,and the thickness of solidifier layer is thinner.
