【摘要】 在福建农林大学詹家绥教授的带领下一行六人赴台湾调研马铃薯产业,代表们参观了台湾马铃薯生产、加工和种业基地,并利用联合国粮农组织(FAO)数据,分析了50年来台湾马铃薯的产业情况。最近30年,台湾马铃薯种植面积徘徊在1 500~2 500 hm2,总产随着单产水平的提高稳定增加。台湾马铃薯进出口贸易一直很活跃,以1993~1997年为界,之前以鲜薯出口为主,之后以鲜薯进口为主。1986年起,台湾开始进口马铃薯冷冻产品,数量逐年增加,2013年达到5.4万t。1982年台湾年人均马铃薯消费量仅为1.3 kg,2010年增加到7.8 kg(含加工产品折鲜薯量)。采用三级种薯繁育体系50余年,仍未解决种薯问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The six delegates led by Professor Jiasui Zhan in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University visited Taiwan to investigate status and development of potato industry including marketable and seed potato yields and potato processing. During the trip, the delegation visited potato farmer fields, processing factories and see companies, and potato production in the island over the last 50 years was projected using the data from Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations(FAO). The analysis showed that in the last 30 years sowing areas fluctuated between 1 500 and 2 500 ha, but the total yield increased gradually due to the greater yield per unit of land. Potato importation and exportation were very common in Taiwan. Before 1993-1997, Taiwan exported more fresh potato than imported but then turned to net import of fresh potato. Taiwan started to import potato frozen products in 1986 and its quantity steadily increased over the years, reaching 54 000 tons in 2013. Per capita potato consumption in Taiwan was1.3 kg in 1982, but this number increased to 7.8 kg(including fresh potato and other products) in 2010. Seed potato is still the main constraining factor of potato production in Taiwan although virus-free seed potato system was adopted more than 50 years ago.更多还原
