新型球阀式发动机气门
New Type of Engine Valve Using Ball Valve
【摘要】 为了提高传统发动机的进气效率,改善缸内涡流情况,提出了一种新型球阀式发动机气门。对新型球阀式气门的工作原理进行介绍;并利用Solidworks三维软件对改进的球阀式气门发动机和传统的发动机进行建模;用Solidworks的Flow simulition插件仿真模拟典型工况下发动机的气体流动状态,获取3种开度下发动机的相关阻力参数和气体流动参数,对比分析改进型发动机和传统发动机的进气阻力和缸内涡流情况。实验结果表明,改进的球阀式气门可以降低进气阻力,从而提高进气效率;在缸内形成2个涡流,气流速度较快,促进缸内的燃料和空气的混合,对于改善发动机性能具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 In order to improve intake efficiency of the traditional engine,and improve the swirl in cylinder,a new type of engine valve using ball valve is proposed.The working principle of the ball valve is introduced.Then,the improved engine based-on ball valve and the traditional engine are modeled by using Solidworks software.The air flow in engine which is under typical working conditions is simulated by using Solidworks Flow simulition plugin,the resistance parameters and flow parameters of engines in three opening are obtained,and the intake resistance and the swirl in cylinder of the two kinds of engines is compared.The experimental results show that the improved ball valve can reduce intake resistance and increase intake efficiency;two swirls are formed in the improved engine cylinder,the air speed is faster,it can promote mixing of the fuel and air in the cylinder,and it is important to improve the engine performance.
