异型材挤压模腔轴向曲线优化分析
Axes Curve Analysis of Extruding Die Cavity in Special-Shaped Products
【摘要】 在异型材截面轮廓上,经有限奇偶插值点的相互数值共形求解,建立型材与单位圆域相互转化的共形映射函数。将三维挤压问题转化为二维问题,求得塑性变形速度场,建立各轴向曲线的模腔曲面模型。应用上限原理,分析3种模腔轴向曲线与优化模腔参数,并以椭圆异型材进行示例分析。
【Abstract】 The conformal mapping function which can mutually transform cross-section regioninto unit dish region is set up by mutual numerical calculation to finite odd and even interpolationpoints on the non-circle cross-section profile of special-shaped products, Translating three-dimension extrusion forming into 2D problem, plastic velocity field is determined, and themathematical models of die cavity surface with various axse curves are built up. Using the upperbound method, three types of axes curve and its optimized parameters are compared. Takingellipse-shaped products as example, its analysis and optimization are carried out.
