基于复合抽芯机构的大型卡车鼓风机盖注塑模具设计
Design of a large truck bellows cover injection mould based on the composite core pulling
【摘要】 针对大型卡车鼓风机外形结构比较复杂,且还带有多个嵌件的结构特征,本模具采用了热流道与普通冷流道结合,同时运用复合及延时抽芯机构的模具设计。侧向抽芯采用"斜导柱+滑块"和"弯销+滑块"2种形式,其中2个小滑块在2个大滑块内滑动,模具采用一模一腔结构形式。模具结构设计合理,取得了满意的成型效果。
【Abstract】 According to the structure characteristics of large truck bellows,also with multiple insert,hot runner combined with common cold runner were adopted;at the same time composite and delay core-pulling mechanism were used;the lateral core-pulling using "inclined guide pillar+slide block" and "the bent pin+slider" two kinds of forms,two small slider in two large slider sliding and one module and one cavity structure were adopted.The mould structure design is reasonable and advanced,molding effect obtained are satisfactory.
