积极老龄化政策研究综述

【摘要】 近年来,随着全球人口老龄化问题的加剧,为了应对人口老龄化的挑战,许多国家和地区纷纷进行了积极老龄化政策的探索和实践。纵观国内外积极老龄化政策的研究,主要集中在积极老龄化政策的概念和内涵、运用、探索和实践、存在问题、完善路径的研究以及积极老龄化理论对我国的影响研究。国内外学者对于积极老龄化政策的研究,为我们从宏观和微观两个层面了解积极老龄化政策提供了大量的理论材料和实证经验。但是目前研究方法较为单一、政策设计重设计却轻落实,同时对典型国家的经验分析和借鉴不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the aggravation of the aging of the global population,in order to cope with the challenges of the aging population, many countries and regions have carried out the exploration and practice of active aging policy. Throughout the domestic and international active aging policy research, mainly concentrated in research on defining the concept of active aging policy,application, exploration and practice,existing problems, perfect path and research on influence of active aging theory on China. Scholars at home and abroad that researches active aging policy provides a lot of theoretical materials and empirical experience for us from two aspects of macro and micro. But at present, the research methods are not enough diversified, policy design pay more emphasis on design rather than carry out, and lack of analysis and reference from the experience of typical countries.更多还原
