基于膜分离的新型煤化工废水油尘分离系统

【摘要】 介绍了广州奥科达水处理设备有限公司设计的以颗粒堆积膜作为滤料的油、水、尘三相一体化分离系统,该系统主要以鲁奇气化废水和兰炭生产废水等工艺废水为处理对象,利用设备的特定结构及颗粒堆积膜,借助于流体流动及油水密度差,进行油、水、尘的分离。该新型油尘分离系统与传统的多介质过滤器相比,无需后处理设备,具有滤料使用寿命长、系统运行周期长、易清洗等优点,分离出的油含水率仅1.6%~3.0%。

【Abstract】 A three-phase separation system of oil,water and dust based on granular membrane as filter medium designed by Ao Keda Water Treatment Equipment Co.,Ltd. was introduced,which could be applied to the pretreatment of waste water from such process as Lurgi furnace and semi-coke coking process. Taking advantage of the special structure of the equipment and the granular membrane,oil,water and dust separation could be achieved by means of fluid flow and oil water density difference. Compared with the traditional multimedia filter,the system did not need post-treatment equipment,with long service life of filter medium,long system operation period,easy cleaning,etc.,and the water content in the filtered oil was only 1.6%-3%.
